訪問1ヵ月前に、お電話にて事前予約の上、土曜13時半より2名でのお伺いです。
電話対応からにじみ出る、素晴らしいお客様対応でした。
駐車場はありませんが、お店のすぐ隣がコインパーキングなので安心です！
30分300円で、結果1,000円でした。
予約時間にはお店の外で来店をお待ちいただいていて感動しました (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))♡

雲南百薬の酢の物、苦菜の白和えからはじまりはじまり！豆腐の白和え、なんて繊細なお味なの‥！♡
続いて、なかみのお吸い物！ 内蔵全般のことをなかみというそうです☆ 沖縄ですね～
芋クズアンダギーは、絶妙なもちもち感！
見ためは、サーターアンダギーですが、中身は全く別物！！！ あつあつもちもち！
何個でも食べられそうなくらい美味しかったです (*⁰▿⁰*)
お次は、ミヌダル‥！豚のロース肉！ 琉球王朝の宮廷料理？郷土料理？ ですね。
添えてあるのは、クワンソウというお花のお野菜！
9,10,11月しかとれないそうです。甘酢漬けでしゃきしゃき！
田芋(たいも)の唐揚げは、甘辛いたれにくぐしていて、素朴ながらにインパクト大！
ラフテーは、びっくりするくらい上品なお味で！
島豆腐の厚揚げと、県産のほうれん草も洗練されたクオリティでした (*´꒳`*)
世の中のラフテーが全部このくらい優しいテクスチャだったらいいのになあ。
ミミガーの和えものでさっぱりしつつ締めは、じゅーしぃのだし茶漬け！
青パパイヤ糠漬けも美味しい～～～～♡
デザートは、ちゃんと美味しいドラゴンフルーツで、幸せ！
店員さんも、物腰柔らかく、あたたかい雰囲気で、すばらしい。
総じて、優しいお味のお料理の数々で、大満足でした ◎
琉球のお姫様になった気分になれます！笑
