生姜が効いていて濃厚だけど
さっぱりしていて美味しいです。

美味しかったです。

豚の小腸、大腸
お出汁の味付けは繊細で
豚は若干癖がある感じ⁉︎
好き嫌いは分かれそうですね。

少しずつ色々なお料理を頂き
品数が多かったので
しっかり満腹になりました。笑笑
このジャンルのお料理は初めてだったので
