沖縄訪問の際の昼食として利用。
行ってみたかったこちらを予約。
国道58号線裏手にある古民家がお店になっています。
コースで予約、品数は多いと思いますが、量が適量なので問題なく頂けます。
当日は、モーウィと三枚肉のイリチー、ニガナの白和え、ポーポー、中身汁、イモクズアンダギー、ミヌダル、田芋の揚げ物、ラフテー、ミミガー、クープイリチー、豚飯、黒糖の寒天。
お馴染みの沖縄料理から宮廷料理まで色々提供されますが、どれも味に品があり、美味しいです。
建屋の中の工芸品から料理を含めて非常に品があるお店で、沖縄料理はカツオ出汁で単調で飽きるという方にも満足頂けると思います。
