那覇市の県庁から程近くの街の中にある古民家でいただける琉球伝統料理のお店。
田芋のジュースから始まり、苦菜の白和え、もずくの酢の物、ぽーぽー、中味汁、ミミガー、紅芋ウムクジー、ミヌダル、田芋の唐揚げ、ラフテーとソーキの煮物、クーブイリチー、豚飯、黒糖寒天、冬瓜の蜜煮など、どれも素材のお味をいかしながら、丁寧に作られているなぁって感じのお料理でした。
一品一品お料理が提供される際に、お店の方が説明してくださるので、名前が分からなくても大丈夫。
漆器などの器も素敵で、ゆったりしたいい時間を過ごすことができました。
