沖縄三日目、最後の夕飯はさっぱりとしゃぶしゃぶが食べたいと思い訪問したお店です。
旅行ガイドにも載っているお店でしたから事前に電話で予約して向かいました。
場所は美栄橋駅のすぐそばで分かりやすいところにあります。
19：00前、店内はほぼ満席で賑わっていました。
しゃぶしゃぶセットの中でも店員さん一押しの「やんばる島豚あぐー」を注文しました。
ロースとバラを一人前づつと、店員さんが気を効かせてくれるのもありがたいです。
ますはお通しが出されました。
さっぱりとしたおでんのような煮物です。
野菜セットには海ぶどうが添えられていて、おつまみ的に楽しめますし、もずくがついてくるのもいかにも沖縄らしい感じです。
しゃぶしゃぶセットに付属の餃子も美味しく、一つといわずたくさん食べたくなりました。
肝心の豚肉しゃぶしゃぶはとても美味しいものでした。
一人前3480円の価値はあります。
脂に甘みがあり、そしてまったくくどくないです。
しゃぶしゃぶしてもまったくアクが出ないのです。
タレは、ポン酢、塩だれ、ダシの三種類ですが、肉の美味しさは「ダシ」で一番引き立っていました。
店員さんの接客もきちんとしていて、気持ちの良いお店です。
