ゆいレール見栄橋駅近く、久茂地川沿いに
美味しい石焼料理の店があると聞きつけ
主人と行ってきました。
外観・内装ともにシンプルな和テイスト。
日本人はやっぱりこのスタイルがホッとします。
おしぼりを温or冷からセレクトできる
心遣いが素敵だと思いました。
夏真っ盛りなので、もちろん冷をチョイス。
するとビックリカチカチに
凍ったおしぼりがでてきました！！
こういった演出は客に対する
サービス精神が
旺盛な証拠だと
感じ嬉しくなります。
石焼料理のお店ですがお目当てはお米！！
店内にもポスターがありましたが
熊本県菊池の特別栽培米七城の米
というものを使っている様子。
６年連続、８回も米の食味ランキングで
最高位の特Aを獲得している優秀なお米
とのことで期待も高まります。
銀シャリ 一人前 ４８０円は
炊き上がりまでに３０分ほど
かかるらしく早めにオーダー。
２人前は５８０円なので
がっちり食べに来た方は
まとめて頼んだほうがお得ですね。
美味しいお米の出来上がりを
待つ間に桜ユッケ ９８０円。
ナムルの３種盛り合わせ ５８０円。
しめサバの炙り ６８０円。
紋甲いかげそ ４８０円。
その他各種鶏や豚を頼んで
天然石の石焼で自分の好みの
焼き加減に焼き仕上げていただきます。
お米は期待以上に美味しくて
今まで自分が沖縄で食べたお米の中では
１番美味しいと思ったくらいです！！
ただ石焼は自分の焼き方が悪かったのか
そんなに感動したものはありませんでした。
その他に気になったのは
いくらのぶっかけ丼１ｇ１０円
量り売りで自分が好きな分だけ食べられる。
今回は初回だったので白米そのものの
味を堪能したかったので断念。
次回来店チャンスあれば
北海道産のいくらを山盛りで
美味しいお米を食べてみたいと思います！！
