取引先の人のお勧めで、ちょっと珍しいご飯が美味しいお店をチョイス。
お店の名前は、「石焼 石庵（いっしゃん）」
富士山麓の天然石で鶏、豚、牛などを石焼を味わえる珍しいお店。
それよりも、取引先の人が何よりもお勧めだったのがこのご飯。
「菊池米の銀シャリ」（一人前：￥480）
熊本県菊池市を産地とする菊池米。江戸時代から「天下第一の米」と呼ばれ、皇室等にも献上されていたお米だそうです。
お米がツヤツヤしていて、甘みがあってかなりおいしいです。
さすが、幻のお米といわれるだけありますね。
このご飯と、お新香とみそ汁があるだけでも十分ご馳走になる白米です。
この日は、コースメニューをいただきます。
お肉は、鶏肉です。左上から、レバー、むね肉、皮、下段はえんがわともも肉です。
お塩やわさびでいただきます。
お肉はジューシーでふっくらしていますね。レバーは、しっとりして美味しいです。
九州地産のお肉だそうです。
豚肉は、脂身たっぷりで噛むとジュワッとします。
普段石焼なんてビビンバぐらいしか食べることがないですが、遠赤の効果かお肉に旨味が
凝縮されているみたいな感じですね。
お米も美味しかったですが、お肉も美味しかったですね。
店員さんが頃合いを見計らって、焼き具合を調整してくれるのもうれしいサービスですね。
石庵とかいて、なかなか「いっしゃん」とは読めないですね。
こちらの、ご飯は癖になりそうな美味しさでした。大満足です！！
