県庁前駅からは徒歩で3分程度、国際通り沿いにある沖縄地料理の人気店。本日は、2泊3日での沖縄出張の2日目ということで、午後からの半日仕事を無事終えたことから、一旦、荷物をホテルに置いてから、夕食を取るために向かったのが当店。せっかく沖縄に来たのだから、沖縄の郷土料理をしっかり味わっておきたいと考え、事前に食べログでピックアップしておいた次第。当店のHP等によると、「あんがま」とは石垣島独特のお盆行事とのことで、「おじぃ（ウシュマイ）」と「おばぁ（ンミー）」のお面をつけた二人組が、大勢の子孫「花子（ファーマー）」たちを引き連れて家々を訪問し、念仏系の歌や踊りを披露するようだ。
それはさておき、お店の前に着いたのは18時半過ぎで、我々は入口の近くにある小上がりの座卓に案内された。各自好きな飲み物を注文してまずは乾杯。自分のスマホを使って注文することができるので、各自で検討してゴーヤーチャンプルー（970円）、はちみつもずく酢（572円）、もずく天（759円）、あぐーのコロッケ（640円）、こりこりミミガー（528円）などを注文。お通し（350円）を食べながら待っていると、沖縄料理の定番であるゴーヤーチャンプルーが登場。ゴーヤーは、思っていた程苦みはなく、普通に美味しく食べられた。あぐーコロッケは、熱々でホクホクしたジャガイモが旨い。はちみつもずく酢は、しっかりとしたもずくの食感が印象的。
その後も、ソーミンチャンプルー（800円）、島豆腐肉味噌田楽（715円）、炙りスーチキー（770円）、具沢山ヒラヤーチー（748円）などを追加注文。私の大好物であるソーミンチャンプルーは、塩加減がちょうど良く、イメージどおりの美味しさで大満足。炙りスーチキーは、豚バラ肉の塩漬けであるスーチキーを炙って香りを付けたもの。歯で噛み切るのが大変だったが、香ばしくて旨味が凝縮した感じ。沖縄風お好み焼きのヒラヤーチーは初めて味わったが、家庭的な素朴な味わいが気に入った。みんなよく食べ、よく飲んだが、お勘定は一人当たり3800円強で済んだので、コストパフォーマンス的にはまずまずといったところ。ちなみに、島唄ライブ（ライブチャージ料が別途必要）が毎晩開催されているようなので、興味のある方は是非どうぞ。
