那覇観光の中心松山近辺で美味しい焼肉はないかな？と思ってここにたどり着きました。
観光客向けが多い中、このお店は明らかに地元向けに匂いぷんぷん。
そして結構流行っているので美味しそう！と焼肉大好きの僕のレーダーが反応しましたｗ
中は地元の人でいっぱい、店員さんもこなれた感じでしたが、僕たちが明らかに
県外の人だからか、はたまたもともとそうかは定かではありませんが
接客はあまりよくなかったです（´･ω･｀）
沖縄の名産伊江牛を食べたかったので、この店を選んだので
リサートの結果、ここは伊江牛を出すとのことだったのですが
＊店前にものぼりがあった
「このお肉は伊江牛ですか？」の問いに
「違います、今日は普通の県産です」とのことでちょっと残念だけど
県産ハラミなどを注文
そしてアグー豚バラなどを注文
提供はとても早く、ボリュームも○
そしてガス火で一気に焼くスタイル。
めちゃくちゃ美味い。
値段と肉質のバランスおかしい、お得すぎます。
もみダレもつけダレも美味いし、肉も美味い。
完璧な焼肉でした、そして気取らない雰囲気
沖縄で焼肉ならかなりおすすめできます
そして最後に頼んだ、アグー三角1880円が必食です。
牛でいうと特上バラにあたる部分かな？どーーん！とでかい塊で出てくるのですが
それを一気に高火力で焼き、はさみで切る。
あぐーの柔らかい脂が一気にいい焦げ目になって、中に最高にジューシーな旨味が
閉じ込められた最強の焼肉誕生です。
アグーはしゃぶしゃぶにすることおおいですが、焼肉も最高でした＾＾
