お得意先様に誘われて「島牛」さんで焼肉を食べることになりました。
5年ほど前にも一度連れて行ってもらったことがあるお店です。
今回、石垣牛の『ハラミ』と『サガリ』が入荷していてメニューに載っていました。
軽くサシの入ったしっかりとした赤身です。
肉質が最高です(^ ^)
甘みのあるお肉です。
めちゃめちゃ美味い(o^^o)
『ハラミ』から『サガリ』、そして国産の『シマチョウ』へ。
『サガリ』がさらに肉が甘くて、うますぎます(o^o^o)
『シマチョウ』は、肉厚でぷるっぷるです(#^.^#)
柔らかい(^ ^)
