◇Station Chika◇Addicted to original teppan Italian Cuisine! A full range of courses perfect for New Year's parties, all with all-you-can-drink included ◎
Yapon offers a wide variety of Yapon's original creations Teppan-yaki. The pride of the restaurant is "Tomato Okonomiyaki" with tomato sauce ◎The addictive taste is very popular! Please try it once. W |
Nobuta lived in Hiroshima city until high school, so Okonomiyaki means Hiroshima-yaki, and Osaka style Okonomiyaki means 'mazayaki'. 30+ years later, I still say 'mazayaki' lol. Now, in Okinawa, it is rare to see Okonomiyaki restaurant, similarly rare to see mazayaki, and Okonomiyaki is still rare, I don't go to restaurants to eat maziyaki. I think I would go to eat it if "Kijiji" was opened in Okinawa, though (lol). And it was a lot of food, and it was delicious! This night was the first night that the company's ban on drinking parties was lifted, and in accordance with Okinawa Prefecture's guidelines, "no more than 4 people, no longer than 2 hours, and no later than 10 pm. A small year-end party for a small number of people immediately. Originally reserved for the 23rd, the event was moved up. My colleague made the reservation when it was still possible to make reservations through sites such as Tabelog, so we were able to enjoy the 4,000 yen course for 3,000 yen. Yapon" is a restaurant located along Kumoji River, and next door to it is an Adachiya-affiliated stand-up buckwheat noodle restaurant that opened on November 2, 2012. There is no density of customers due to the quirky time of year. Although we could not see from the outside, there seems to be a room on the second floor, but the restaurant was operating in a small space only on the first floor. The course was titled "Bar Course" and lasted for 2.5 hours (order in 2 hours). ◆ Today's salad ◆ Teppan de grilled vegetable bagna cauda ◆ Hiroshima oysters and mushrooms with arsa butter ◆ Ginoza prawns Teppan-yaki ◆ Ie beef thigh Steak ◆ Pork and mozzarella tomato Okonomiyaki ◆ Seafood Oysters Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) After Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is served, "pork" is served until last order The menu was anomalous in that it was all-you-can-eat "pork balls" until after was served. The main dishes were prawns from Ginoza and Ie beef, but the one that made the biggest impact was the "Pork and Mozzarella Tomato Okonomiyaki" in the first picture. The visual of the "mazyaki" before the tomato and other sauces were poured on was stunning. Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) I failed to capture it in the photo, but the fluffy pancake-like mazyaki came out more than 7 cm thick (lol). The employee lady carefully prepares the pork balls, which are also delicious, before they are served. The pork balls were so delicious that I ended up ordering about 6 more (lol). Of course, we could drink as much as we wanted. But the draft beer was Kinmugi, so Nobuta had only the first glass, and after that he drank lemon Chuhai (Shochu cocktail). So he didn't get drunk at all. So I didn't get drunk at all. It was a night when we could face the course meal to the end in a healthy way!
