和洋折衷料理を出すバル
県庁駅前から“おなり橋”を渡り、少し美栄橋方面に行った久茂地川沿いにある鉄板バル。
この場所は通るたびにお店が変わる印象があるのですが、以前も鉄板料理を出す居酒屋だったと思います。
ひとりで飲み歩いてる途中、フラりと立ち寄りました。
バルとありますが、立ち飲みする感じではなく、しっかり座って飲む高さのカウンターとテーブル席があります。
平日の夜に行ったのですが、私以外のお客はカウンターに座っている1人だけ。
その人もたまたま入ってきた人のようで、店がまだ出来たばっかりで常連客が定着していないんじゃないでしょうか。
メニューを見ると普通の“バル”と呼ばれる店ではあまりない「お好み焼き」や「焼きそば」がある。
しかも「お好み焼き」には「トマト」が使われていたり、「モッツァレラ」が使われていたりと、イタリアン風にアレンジ。
ちなみに「焼きそば」メニューも何点かありますが、「麺」は「パスタ」を使用しているようです。
それほどお腹が減っていなかったので、やたら目を引いた「豚肉のトマトお好み」(680円)と「ビール」を注文。
（料理と「ビール」が合わなかったので、途中で「グラスワイン」に変更）
「豚肉のトマトお好み」は洋風な仕上がりでキレイに盛りつけられたものを想像してましたが、見た目あまりキレイではない。
生地は「お好み焼き」という感じではなく、野菜のシャキシャキ感が強く残っているので、
上にかかったトマトソースとの違和感は感じませんでした。
おもしろい味だな～というのが正直な感想で、このメニューだけで料理の評価が出来なかったので今回は空欄に。
変わり種のメニュー以外にも「有頭エビとキノコのアヒージョ」だの、「じゃがべー」だの普通のバルで出てくるようなメニューもあります。
ただ手軽な値段の一品料理が揃っているような店ではないので、どうせなら変わり種のメニューを食べときたい店です。

The state of emergency has been declared, but it is still open for shorter hours, so I drank Naha early for the first time in a long time. We arrived at a teppan bar along the Kumoji River in Kumoji, Naha City. It's been a long time since I've been drinking in Naha, but it's been nine years since I've been to this restaurant. The exterior has a bit of a pop feeling, but the interior has an atmosphere where everyone from young people to the elderly can drink calmly. There are about 20 seats at the counter and at the table. Also, there seems to be a seat like a loft. It seems that the shop was closed during the state of emergency. When I was there, there seemed to be some regulars, and everyone was waiting for the state of emergency to open! It was an atmosphere like that. The menu is a Teppan-yaki restaurant, but it feels like "Steak" and "Okonomiyaki" are placed together. Also, in terms of genre, there is a combination of "Italian Cuisine". Next to "Okonomiyaki" and "Takoyaki", there is usually "pizza", and next to "tonpeiyaki" on the side, there is "Prosciutto" and "bagna cauda". However, unlike Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), which has everything, it successfully combines expertise in two directions with a method called "Teppan-yaki". On this day, I ordered "Grilled mushrooms and asparagus with garlic butter" (640 yen) and "Pork tomato favorite" from the main "Okonomiyaki" for "half size" (400 yen). The "Grilled Mushrooms and Asparagus with Garlic Butter" that came out earlier is a healthy menu of "shimeji", "eringi" and "asparagus". "Teppan-yaki "It has a unique flavor and a finish that makes the sake go forward. The "Pork Tomato Favorite" is completed by the clerk pouring hot "sauce" on it at the end! Thinly shredded "cabbage", "doro sauce" > "tomato" and "cheese". "Pork" was also firmly included, and it was quite delicious as a Western-style "Okonomiyaki". The food is healthy overall, so women are likely to be happy with the lineup. It's still open for a short time, but we can only hope that it will be open and open until midnight!
