本日のモーニングはアパホテル那覇でモーニング。
部屋は狭いですが、風呂があるのが嬉しいですね。
長期出張では疲れがたまります。
日曜日の朝ということで観光客が大勢な朝食会場。
テンション高めな空間に戸惑いながら、バイキングスタイルのモーニングです。
栄養のバランスを気をつけなくてはいけませんね。
お昼は忙しくて食べれないことも多いですし、夜は酒がメイン。
朝のみしっかりと。
飲みすぎた朝はカレーと味噌汁がメインです。
