で、噂のルフュージュさんを予約して、レッツゴー
今日は、4名で、お任せ5品 2300円を2つ予約しましたよ〜
あとは追加でオーダーしようという作戦です‼
で、1830にお店に到着しましたよ〜
店は満席です‼
カウンターにテーブル席が3箇所ですね〜
だいたいキャパシティは15-20人くらいかな〜

お任せ5品は、レバーパテ、テリーヌ、まぐろの脳天肉、鶏ハムサラダ、台湾まぜそばです。
どれも本当に絶品‼めちゃくちゃ美味しい‼

で、追加でステーキ、つけもの、デザートをいただきました‼

コロナの影響もあり少数精鋭の4人で開催しましたよ〜
どこにしようか〜
と、ルフュージュがいい、ということで、一ヶ月前に予約❗
いつもの、おまかせ5品 3000円を２つ頼んでおきました〜
ちなみに3000円で２人前ありますよ〜
で、当日、やはりお店は満席❗
カウンターにテーブル席があり、

まずは、ビールで乾杯…
と、チキンガランティーヌがきましたよー
いやー
レバーなのにクセもなく、臭みもなく、
とろける〜 お酒に合うな〜
で、サーモンとクリームチーズリエットが…
ここで白ワインをオーダー
このサーモンとクリームチーズリエットが白ワインに合うんです
さらに白身魚のソテーがきましたよー
これが、身が柔らかくてホロホロ〜
旨味が凝縮されている〜
白ワインにベストマッチですな〜
次に、ラフランスと鶏ハムのサラダがきましたよー
これが、めちゃくちゃ美味しい❗
ラフランスは甘くて、
さっぱり、しっとりした鶏ハムと合うんです❗
サラダのドレッシングが
ラフランスて鶏ハムを引き立てていますよ〜
ここで赤ワインをオーダーしましたよ〜
最後にラムモモ肉のソテーが…
これが、柔らかくてジューシー
付け合せも酸味がきいていて口直しにぴったり〜
このソテー、赤ワインに最高❗
これだけ食べて飲んで
なんと一人4000円しないなんて〜
お腹も財布も大満足でした❗
