ヨーロッパ出張から帰国してまだ３日しか経っていない５月の初旬。
私はプライベートでも仲の良いスタッフのミッチーと仕事で沖縄へ出向いた。
あるプロジェクトの打ち合わせ＆バカンス。
GW真っ只中のこの日は実は先方の指定。
それだけスケジュールが詰まっているからなのでしょうね。
実は、３月に先方からこの話があった時、
ミッチー夫妻と行くはずだった旅行がミッチー妻の妊娠によって流れた事もあって、
お互いの妻同士の話し合いで「安定期に改めて行きましょう」と言っていた矢先だったので、
彼女たちが勝手にこの出張に便乗。
ついでに、そのままゴールデンウイークは沖縄で過ごす予定になっています。
さて出張初日のこの日は、協力会社や主な進行中案件の取引先への訪問。
そして夜は彼らが一体となって我々の来沖合同歓迎会。
でも、私は既にこの会合でミッチーを紹介した事が有ったのでこの日はパス。
昔から公私共に世話になった亡くなった「おじい」の家で、
「あばあ」や「にいにい（息子さん）」たちと飲むことにしていた。
しばらくは沖縄に来なくなるかもしれないという事と、
逆に、仕事上でもっとコアな情報提供をお願いしなければならなくなるかもしれないと言う、
あいさつを兼ねたものだった。
でも、お互い「うちなータイム」（時間通りに始まらない）が十分予想できたので、
時間つぶしのために先に１軒行くことにした。

ここは安里の三差路からほど近くにあるお店。
「ルフュージュ」とは「隠れ家」の意味。
知らなければ通り過ぎてしまう事請け合いの小さな入り口。
店内はバーのようなビストロ。
でもここは本格的な料理があるので食事としてヘビーに食べる事もできますが、
ちょっとつまむだけというの事もできる。
しかもとにかく安い。
二人とも程度の違いこそあれ、
この後しこたま飲む（飲まされる）ことになるので、
ここでは「泡（ハーフボトル）」を楽しむことにした。
つまみには「鶏と豚のテリーヌ」と「サーモンとクリームチーズのリエット」。
両方ともメチャクチャ美味しい。
我々はさらに「鯛のスモーク」を追加した。
小１時間楽しんで2人で3,000円台。
ね、安いでしょ。
ちなみにここには２品で700円と言うおつまみセット（内容はお任せ）もある。
料理は単品で頼んでも300円ぐらいから。
よほどのものを頼まなければ1,000円にはならない。
味も安かろう悪かろうではなくきちんとしたもので美味しい。
料理内容はビストロメニューが中心だが一部中華もある。
（中華は２階で独立したのですがオーダー可能のようです）
ただ残念なのはなかなか席が空いていない事。
私が沖縄にいた頃にオープンしたお店ながら、
離れてからは滅多に予約が取れなくなってしまった。
早めの予約をお薦めします。
