殘波11年古酒
職場の送別会でお邪魔しました。
後輩が肉がいいと言うので、ここにしてみました。
個室でゆったり飲めていい感じだし、
店員さんたちの教育がゆきとどいていて、接客がしっかりしてるお店でした。
プレモル生 534円で乾杯！
残波の11年古酒が半額で2268円、を
最初の１杯はロックで。残波らしい主張はまだまだ残っている印象。
あとは酔っぱらいすぎないように薄めでコポコポ飲みました。
お通し 500円。
お目当てのTボーンがなくて残念でしたが、
水ダコ刺や温茶豆、
釜揚げしらすサラダ、海鮮サラダ、
サーロインカツレツ、もとぶ牛のイチボ（お尻のやわらかいとこ）炭火焼き、
牛タン炭火焼き、鶏レバ刺し、チキン南蛮、山原若鶏の炭火焼き＆竜田揚げ、
牡丹海老唐揚げ、鮭トバ、
石焼きチーズ黒カレー、
島らっきょう天ぷら、皮つきポテトフライ
等をぱくぱくいただきました。
水タコ刺と温茶豆、鶏レバ刺しが特に美味しかったですね。
後輩は牛タンや竜田揚げが良かったと言ってました。

Since I was in high school, I used it to meet up with my friends and their wives from the baseball team, which I've been playing for almost 40 years. En Okinawa-san, there is an all-you-can-drink option that includes Premol, so I got excited and had a large mug of it. The tebichi fried chicken, shumai, and Gyoza / Dumpling were delicious, but the squid ink Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) was completely overcooked and not very tasty. I thought the store staff were very nice and worked hard. Thank you for the meal!
