Deep Zone安里駅は山羊料理の店が多く、駅の階段を降りたところから2軒構えていたりするのだが、こちらもイタリアンでどうぞ、と。
初心者向けの山羊料理をはじめ、ワインに合うような地元食材を生かした料理が並びます。
山羊は少々癖が強いので好みは分かれますが、刺身や山羊汁出ない限りそこまでという感じはします。
山羊パスタ、山羊シチュー、山羊カルパッチョなどこちらは食べやすく調理して提供しているようです。
他にも肉料理ありますが、野菜の美味しさがとても印象的でこれだけでもアテにワインを傾けるのもいいなと思えるくらい。
トマトの甘さには感動。
