I made a reservation in advance and visited the restaurant. It was a dinner for one person. The alto saxophone playing background music was a pleasant tune. I quenched my thirst with Orion Nago Beer Craft Lager. 700 yen Appetizer 550 yen (I think this was the one I ordered as the charm and table charge were included in the bill) Gizzard confit Delicious with a gentle flavor, with plenty of olive oil and stewed vegetables Assorted appetizer platter (small size) 990 yen Kensan pork pate de campagne Local goat cheese and figs Caramelized chicken liver mousse, ratatouille, marinated mushrooms Serrano jamon and local pineapple Goat carpaccio Vacuum-cooked at low temperature 1,430 yen Sous vide-cooked bone-in roast of New Zealand grass-fed lamb 2,640 yen Wine we had By the glass White wine O Filho de Condesa Spain, Albariño 770 yen Red wine Onoro Bella Rioja Spain, Rioja, Tempranillo 770 yen Red wine Zagreus 880 yen It was fun to be able to enjoy some quite unique wines. Okinawa Tsuken Carrot Sour Awamori-based sour 550 yen I was surprised that there were so many different types of appetizers for only 990 yen. The goat had no strong flavor and was very easy to eat. All the dishes were very delicious and I was very satisfied. I was also impressed that they used a lot of ingredients from Okinawa. I would definitely like to come and eat again!
