職場の友人に紹介され、旭橋にある豚しゃぶ専門店「豚匠」さんに訪問しました。
場所は少々分かりづらく雑居ビルの5Fにありますが
GRGホテルまでタクシーで行けば、看板を目印に辿り付けます。
店内は「和」と「琉球」をイメージしたような落ち着いた雰囲気。
広々とした畳の席に案内されオリオンビール（540円税込み）で乾杯！
店員さんおすすめの↓を注文。
■沖縄産 黒豚アグーしゃぶしゃぶ（3780円税込み）
・沖縄産黒豚アグー肉盛
・野菜盛
・〆の徳島産半田そう麺or雑炊
黒豚は柔らかく上質な豚肉。といった感じ。
湯にさっと通すだけでほんのりピンク色になるこの感じ
「あぁ～！しゃぶしゃぶにきたなー！！」と嬉しくなります。
付けダレは
【ポン酢、カツオ出汁】の2種類が楽しめるんですが
慣れ親しんでいた「しゃぶしゃぶにはポン酢」という固定概念を良い意味で裏切ってくれた豚肉にマッチしたカツオ出汁が最高でした！
〆は雑炊か、素麺が選べますが
是非【徳島産半田素麺】をおすすめしたいです。
ネットで注文して自宅でも食べるようになった程、今まで食べた素麺の中で一番美味しかったです。
沖縄、夏、真っ只中に汗をかきながらクーラーの効いた部屋でしゃぶしゃぶも乙なものでした！
