沖縄旅３日目の夜ご飯に訪問。
沖縄でしゃぶしゃぶと言えば『まつもと』が有名なんで予約の電話したが終日満席との事。
もう完全にしゃぶしゃぶ口になってたんで違う店を検索すると出てきたのが豚匠さん。
結果で言うと大当たり。アグー豚のしゃぶしゃぶの乗り放題が付いてるコースでしたが飲み放題も種類が多く肉は甘くて美味い。〆はソバ、うどん、雑炊から選べますが雑炊をチョイス。最後の一滴まで美味しくいただきました。
また行きたいお店です。
