平日夜に訪問です。
いつものように予約もなく18時に到着すると19時までならばOKとのことでした。
まずは『オリオンドラフト中瓶（780円）』から開始します。
お店も混雑しているので早速メインを注文します。『ズッキーニの串焼き（170円）』、『県産豚こめかみ（250円）』、『県産和牛のまるちょう（350円）』、『県産豚肩ロースの西京味噌焼き（350円）』、『黒毛和牛レバーのレア焼き（390円）』をお願いしました。
1本ずつ注文できるので出張者にはうれしいのですが、少しお高めの印象です。
待つこと20分ほどで提供開始です。
まずはズッキーニです。程よい塩気と鰹節の旨みが効いています。
ここでお店の方からラストオーダーを告げられます。
これからどのくらい来るのか分かりませんでしたが、とりあえず『やんばる若鶏串焼もも塩（170円）』、『肉詰め椎茸のクレピネット串（390円）』、『県産とうもろこしの唐揚げ（390円）』を追加しました。
そして続々と到着します。
『西京焼き』味噌の甘みと肉の旨みがマッチしています。
『まるちょう』やや外側がかためでしたが、中からは旨みがあふれます。
『こめかみ』ジューシーです。
『レバー』少し火入れが強すぎる印象です。
『もも』プリッとした肉質で塩とよく合います。
『肉詰め』あみ脂で巻かれていて熱々です。椎茸の旨みと肉の旨みが合わさります。
『とうもろこし』小さめですが甘みが強くて、塩気とともにお酒とよく合います。
ということで一気に完食しました。なんだかかなりお腹がいっぱいです。
ビールも2本飲んで4,000円強です。おふたり様だといろいろと楽しめていいかもしれません。
