出汁にこだわったしゃぶしゃぶ、のフレーズに惹かれて来店。国際通りを中に入ったところにあり、外観・内観ともに洒落ており、周りのお店とは雰囲気が異なります。
お一人様でもしゃぶしゃぶを堪能できます。
ディナーで利用し、
●お通し：冷製茶碗蒸し
●刺身盛り合わせ
●ゴーヤーチャンプルー
●金武アグーしゃぶしゃぶ(おかゆしゃぶしゃぶ)
●ドリンク2杯
で4500円程。
刺身盛り合わせは
・カンパチ、ゴマ醤油
・セーイカ、コーレーグースー醤油漬け
・島タコ
・炙りイサキ、ゴボウ醤油
・鯖ハム、薬味和え
で、一品一品醤油が異なり、色々な味を楽しめます。特にゴボウ醤油と炙りイサキの組み合わせは最高でした。
メインのしゃぶしゃぶは、おかゆ or 日本酒を選びます。私が選択したおかゆは、スープの底にお米が沈んでおり、しゃぶしゃぶと一緒に食べることができます。金武アグー豚は甘味があり、出汁にしっかり味も付いているので、調味料は必要なかったです。出汁があまりに美味しかったので、スープのように飲み干してしまいました。
このクオリティでこの値段は破格だと思います。
沖縄を訪れた際はまた伺いたいです。
