沖縄滞在ラストナイトの一軒目はこちら。
国際通りの沖縄料理ぶらんちゅさん。
こてこての沖縄料理というより今風のカジュアルな沖縄料理という感じです。またそれがお洒落。
沖縄は緊急事態宣言も出てしまったので、人影もまばらな国際通りです。かなりの店舗が臨時休業している。
今月はずっと那覇で過ごしていたので、離れるのがちょっと寂しい感じもするがまた月末あたりに来るから良いかと話しながら仕事仲間とお邪魔しました。
創作沖縄料理が続々と出てきて美味しかった。
紅芋のポテトサラダなどひと工夫のこだわりがよいですね。
