I was planning to eat Agu pork shabu shabu tonight, so I called the restaurant recommended by my boss, but... Even though it's full, I'm completely lost! I kept calling other restaurants, but I kept getting rejected (´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`) At the very end, shabu shabu Hamada was a hit! ! I made a reservation and headed there by taxi! Inside the store, there are counter and table seats, as well as two raised seats. The small shop is run by the proprietress and another woman. I wanted to eat shabu shabu, but I heard that it was too filling for several people, so I ordered the island pork Agu shabu shabu course for two people, even though there were three of us. This course includes shabu shabu and Okinawan obanzai. It's okay even if you order less than the number of people! They are flexible enough to charge 1,620 yen for side dishes other than meat, side dishes such as rice, noodles, and dessert! First, we toasted with beer and then had obanzai. Yanbaru wakadori radish stew, bitter gourd and scallop stew, loofah miso stew, mimiga onion, everything is delicious (≧∀≦) The long-awaited shabu shabu is packed with meat and island vegetables! It's healthy ♡ There are 3 types of meat: arm, shoulder, and ribs, and the island vegetables go perfectly with the meat! Island carrots, black abalone, watercress, Morokheiya, Shandon greens, water spinach, loofah, wasabi greens, enoki mushrooms, island tofu Everything is delicious, so I also ordered the landlady's recommended tongue shabu shabu comes with a different sauce than the pork shabu-shabu! Sauce with chives is rare ^_^ Use rice porridge as a substitute! ! This is already exquisite (^O^) The soft-boiled egg has a gentle taste ^_^ The dessert Shikuwasa sorbet was also delicious! When I heard that the proprietress was actually from Osaka, I felt a great sense of kinship. Also, I fell in love with loofah on this trip! The island rakkyo and iburi gakko cheese that we received during the service were also delicious (^O^) I highly recommend these!
