会議の後，１０人ほどの懇親会で初めてのお店若獅子に行きました。
若獅子と書いて「ワカシ」と読むようです。
お店奥の座敷席に通してもらいました。
プレミアムモルツのジョッキで乾杯（４５０円）。
お品書き，イラストが味があります。
料理名も丁寧で注文したくなります。
甘エビ，頭付きで味噌も食べられていいのです。
鹿児島釣りのどぐろの刺身（９８０円）。
のどぐろは，こののどぐろ醤油で頂くのです。
美味しい～。
極太アスパラ炭焼（５８０円）。
味噌をつけて頂きます。
厨房から炭の香りが漂ってきます。
エバの唐揚げ（４９０円）。
エバが何かわからず興味で注文した一品です。
エバは，ヒラアジ類の幼魚だそうです。
肉厚しいたけ炭焼（４２０円）。
しいたけの美味しいスープが出てきて，こぼさず頂くと美味しいのです。
アボカド豆腐（３４０円）。
醤油と鰹節をかけて。
不思議な組み合わせですがこれがまた美味しかったです。
島らっきょうの天ぷら（６８０円）。
塩をつけて頂きます。
イタリアンブラッドオレンジ梅酒（４９０円）。
鯛の刺身，カイワレ，ネギ，ワサビが添えられています。
すのこの上で見目も綺麗です。

炭火焼きなのでこの手のお料理美味しいです。

炒飯で終了。
お土産に，手作りだというお塩も頂きました。
美味しかったし，結構人数も入りそうだし，また行きたいお店です。
