那覇出張初日。予定通りのハシゴ酒。
2軒目で、囲炉燻し焼き 若獅子さんを初訪問して来ました。
場所は、ゆいレール牧志駅、美栄橋駅からそれぞれ徒歩10分弱。
国際通りから少し入った、牧志公設市場の近く。
20:30頃に到着。
カウンターとテーブルを合わせて席数はそこそこ多め。先客は2組5名。
我々は4名掛けテーブル席へ。
若獅子さんのメニューは、全国から取り寄せた各地の海鮮系創作料理が中心。
今回、頂いたのは以下の通り。
・お通し
和牛ホルモンの味噌炒め。
大振りのホルモンは臭みも無くまずまずでした。
・九十九里浜産 特大生カキ
サイズはBIGですがクオリティはイマイチ。
・高知産本マグロ ぶつ切りMIX刺
盛り付けも楽しい一品。本マグロの色々な部位が一度に楽しめます。
可もなく不可もなしと言ったところ。
・島豚ベーコン藁焼きポテトサラダ
藁焼き&ベーコンなので、薫香豊かなポテトサラダ。
ナイフとフォークでベーコンをカットし頂きました。
上記にドリンクを2杯ずつ頂き、会計は3人で8,002円。
全国から海鮮系を取り寄せているので、コスパは少し低めと言う印象。
沖縄に旅行で来た人には向きませんが、現地の方が各地の名産を食べるには良いと思います！
