地元の友達が沖縄旅行に来ていたので、こちらの「しゃぶ邸 慶」さん。慶で「ヨロコビ」と読むようです。
沖縄に引っ越してきてまだ当たりのなかったしゃぶしゃぶ・・・気になっていたのでこの機会に予約していってきました。
当日14時までは予約可と聞いて、（早速値段を調べ 笑）お昼くらいに電話して予約できました。

かなり期待していきました♡
場所は国際通りから10ｍほど路地を進んだ2F。さすが予約制とだけあって雰囲気はよし◎
中に入ると既に個室含めいっぱいでした。
店内はこじんまりとしてるけど、広々としたいい雰囲気のお店です。
まずはオリオンビールを注文。早速驚かされました・・・
いつものオリオンビールジョッキではなくやちむん？グラスと琉球ガラスのグラスで乾杯。聞いてみると、チェイサー用以外、同じグラスがないらしいです・・・
ふとテーブルを見て見ると、箸置きも全て違う！
どうやら食器も同じものはないようです・・・♡
前菜は海ぶどう・だしもずく・ミミガーのゴマ和え
確かに昨日食べた海ぶどうやもずくとは質が違いました。ミミガーもとっても歯ごたえがよく、全く臭みもなく丁寧な処理を感じられました。
鍋の用意がすすみ、つけダレが３種類！「だしポン酢・濃厚ゴマだれ・梅かつおダレ」そして塩２種類！！！！
どれだけ用意してくれるんですかー☆☆
※一緒に行った方は梅かつおダレが気に入りすぎてお肉が来る前になくなってしまったほど美味でした♫
まずはあぐー豚のつみれをスタッフの方がいれてくれ、その後、野菜を入れてくれ、いよいよあぐー豚のしゃぶしゃぶをいただきます！
私は、まずは塩で頂きました。食べた瞬間に前夜、居酒屋の方が進めてくれた理由がわかりました！！
とっても美味しかったです。とろける甘みがあるけど、重くなく味のバリエーションも多いから全く飽きずに食べれました♡個人的には梅ダレが一番！
そして友人がせっかくだからとA5ランクの石垣牛も人数分追加♡
石垣牛ってこんなに美味しいんですね！
サーロインなので油っぽいかと思い、特製のポン酢でいただきました！
もうとろけるほど美味しい！！
あぐー豚のつみれは肉々しく、美味しい♡
ここまでで、だいぶお腹も膨れてきたので〆は１人前の沖縄そばを注文。
お肉と野菜からでた出汁に加え新たに何か出汁？のようなものをいれてました！食べてみるとさっきまでの味と全然違う！！！！！
こんな美味しい〆のそばは食べた事がないです！
デザートのシークワーサーシャーベットまでしっかり頂きご馳走様でした。
そして最後まで違うグラスや食器にみとれていました！やちむん焼きハマりそう・・・
とにかく沖縄に来て初めてこんな美味しいしゃぶしゃぶ屋さんに出会いました♡
リピート間違い無しです。
話を聞くと、2017年の7月末にOPENしたらしく、新鮮なものを一番いい状態で食べて頂きたく予約制にしたようです。
カップルで何かの記念日や個室での接待や特別な日にはもってこいのお店だと思います。
また予約して必ず行きます！
