平日17時過ぎに予約なしで訪問。
結構予約が入ってたっぽく、運良く入れました。
しゃぶしゃぶが食べたかったのですが、
小食のため、食べ放題にはせずに単品で注文。
速攻でしゃぶしゃぶセットが運ばれて来ます。
お野菜は店員さんが野菜の説明をしながら鍋に入れてくれます。沖縄産の珍しい野菜も。（すっかり名前忘れた）
で、肉は各自で好きな部位を！
しゃぶしゃぶのタレはシーカーサーポン酢と出汁の2種類。
肉の部位ごとに分けていただきます。
アグー豚のしゃぶしゃぶは初めてでしたが、
油が甘くて柔らかくて本当に旨い。
2種類のつけだれも両方良かったですが、
特に出汁の方がそのまま飲みたい位美味しかったです。
オリオン生としゃぶしゃぶ、沖縄料理に泡盛と、
どれも最高で、良いひとときとなりました。
機会があればまた来ます。
