The hotel on our second day in Okinawa was near Kokusai Dori. We were aiming for a hotel with a large public bath. After playing golf, we took a large bath. Then, we had dinner nearby. I wanted to try Agu's pork shabu-shabu, so I came here. All-you-can-eat menu. But I'm not that old and I eat Okinawan Cuisine as well! ! Jimami tofu, sea grapes, and mozuku tempura.The peanut tofu is Tempura and delicious.I served it with a slightly sweet soy sauce.The sea grapes are also bubble-wrapped.It's cheaper and more delicious than eating it on the mainland.Prepare pork shabu-shabu. It was the first time I had ever seen a leaf on a vegetable.It was green on the outside and purple on the inside.I had never seen it before.I looked it up and found out that it is a vegetable called handama.It is a leafy vegetable called ``Suizenjina'' in Japanese. When turned over, the lush leaves are a vivid purple-red color, and are one of the ``traditional agricultural products'' designated by Okinawa Prefecture.When heated, they become slimy and develop a vivid purple-red color.First, let's start with the Agu pork. shabu shabu ♪ I ate it with Shikwasa ponzu sauce and it was so good! The beer was, of course, Orion beer. The food was eaten in a calm atmosphere. All of the dishes were excellent. To finish off the hotpot, I had raw Okinawa Soba It takes a while because it's raw noodles, but... That's why it was twice as delicious.I didn't have time to eat the rice porridge.It was a perfect dish for our last night.Thank you for the meal♪
