島野菜最高♡
何年か前から気になっていて
なかなかタイミングよく
予約が取れなかったのですが
今回予約が取れたので
良かったです♩
沖縄の豚しゃぶ屋さんは
大好きなので楽しみにしていました♡
駐車場はないので
近くのコインパーキングに停めて下さい。
純血統アグー豚なので
ほんとーにサッと火を通すだけで
良いみたいです。
食べ方の説明を丁寧に教えてくれて
お野菜を巻いて食べたり
海ぶとうを巻いて食べたり
お塩や味噌など
一枚ごとにアレンジして頂けるので
最後まで美味しく頂けました。
島野菜は季節毎で内容が変わってくるので
また伺いたいなぁと思いました。
