I visited here for a late dinner on a business trip. It was a lively Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with a mix of tourists and locals. Let's start with Okinawan Cuisine such as "Jimami Tofu" and "Mozuku Tempura". The Jimami tofu was handmade at the shop, so it was even more sticky and delicious than the store-bought version. Many restaurants have mozuku Tempura in large portions, so while it's delicious, you can get tired of it, but this one is smaller in portions and personally the best. Next is "Agu pork fried Gyoza / Dumpling" which is small and easy to eat. These are fried Gyoza / Dumpling with a strong meaty texture. A ponzu-like sauce is applied from the beginning. I went a little more extravagant and had the ``Millet Maru Pork Dice Steak.'' The diced pork Steak with just the right amount of fat was juicy and delicious. When I left the store, I received a small Sata Andagi as a souvenir. I had it for breakfast the next morning and it was delicious!
