[Steak Ichiban/Asahibashi] Tabelog 3.00 (2023.3.17) * When I called to try Agu pork, it was fully booked. The mouth is like an Agu pig But I walked too far and ended up randomly entering this shop♂️ * When I entered the shop, there were no customers. I was a little scared, but I forgave myself from the handsome and kind older brother and ordered an Agu pork Steak. (1,800 yen) * Water, soup, and rice are self-service. When I looked at the rice, I saw that there was only a small amount of very dry rice in a large bowl, and I couldn't tell when it was cooked. However, the sign says ``Limit to 2 refills'', but is there anyone who can refill this rice? * Pork came out on a hot iron plate. There was butter on top of the meat, and only salt and pepper. A bottle with the name ``A1 sauce'' is placed on the table and stands out. The sign says ``A1 sauce available❗️'', but since it's very conspicuous and it's a sign, I thought it was a strong recommendation, so I decided to give it a try. But I had a bad feeling, and when I put a little more effort on it, I realized that this is impossible for me... I'm really sorry if it's a local sauce, but it tastes better with just salt and pepper. * In addition to the A1 sauce, there is a mysterious sauce in a container, so when I try it, I am relieved that it is just a regular Steak sauce. *If it's 1,800 yen, I guess there's nothing I can do about it...
