本格的な料理が良心的価格で楽しめました。
コ型カウンターのみ。店主の調理してる姿が全て見えます。
料理はかなり本格的。創作要素があるオシャレな料理もありました。
東京のオシャレな高級店で出てきそうなイメージw
他にお客さんがいなかったので調理中のシェフと色んなおしゃべりができて楽しかった！
完全予約制。予算・食べたいもの・好き嫌いなどを伝えて、おまかせで作ってもらう店。
「タコ大根イチゴ等のアヒージョ風。フランボワーズ酢和え（ベリーの風味満点でおしゃれな味）」
「帆立＆アスパラ＆謎の柑橘（素材を生かしたシンプルな旨さ）」
「びんちょうマグロ＆パンと野菜のマリネ（アンチョビ入りで魚の旨味しっかり）」
「帆立＆アカマチ＆タケノコ＆ほうれん草（ぬた味噌みたいなソースで和を感じる）」
「色んな野菜と半熟ポーチドエッグ（下の野菜ペーストに強い旨味がついてて美味しい）」
酒屋で3000～4000円のワインを1人グラス4.5杯お任せで注文。
料理とワインで1人9500円支払い。良心的価格だと思います。
