国際通りに宿泊だったので、タクシーで松山に。10分程度で着きました。割と前から予約をしてましたが、お店指定の時間のみ何とか空いて感じです。当日にも予約の最終確認があります。観光客が多いからでしょうか。
さすが人気店です。コース一択でアグーしゃぶしゃぶのみ。追加メニューも絞られていて、オペレーションもバッチリです。専門店ですね！
アグー豚は見た目も味も美味しく、卓上調理は最初はスタッフさんがやってくれて、あとは自分達でやりますが、この辺の演出も絶妙ですし、回転をスムーズにいかす為もありますよね。
いや〜 凄いな！大満足です！
