リウボウの4階、婦人服売場の奥にオープンしたカフェです。
店頭に美味しそうなマフィンが飾られていたので、朝食用にテイクアウトしてみました。
本部にある老舗お豆腐屋さんのお店で、豆乳と おから を使ったマフィンだそうです。
バリエーションは10種類ほどあり、サイズも大小から選べます。
飾られたポスターに「保存料無添加」とあります。
更に、抹茶小豆、シンプル味は、たまご・バターも不使用だそうです。
黒糖、ベリーとも、やさしい～、やさしい～味わいです。
水分量が少ないので、ドリンクのスタンバイは必須かな・・・
グワバジュース と カフェオレを並べ、ゆっくりとしたモーニングタイムを過ごしました。
やさしさが身体中に染みますね～
