那覇・のうれんプラザの１階にあるスープカレーのお店「あじとや」に行ってきました。オフィスが首里にある頃は、首里店によく行ってたんですが、オフィスが引っ越し、カレーのお店も増えてきたので利用頻度が減っていました。
当時は基本的には黒糖を使ったスープカレーがメインで、具材の種類がいろいろある感じでしたが…
今はキーマカレーやスリランカカレーもラインナップされ、メニューが増えました。
ラインナップにはグリーンカレーも加わっていました。
セルフでいただけるターメリックのスープもあったので、オーダーを済ませたらスープをいただきながら待ちます。
うこんの風味とまろやかな塩味が特徴で、食事の前のウォーミングアップにピッタリです。
今回いただいたのは…
あじとやグリーンカレー＋ブロッコリー（1,280円）
まだ食べたことがなかったグリーンカレー、そこにブロッコリーをトッピングしていただきました。
ココナッツの香りが出てくるクリーミーなグリーンカレーではなく、スパイスカレーのグリーンカレーアレンジ、というユニークなものです。
ほろほろの鶏モモ肉やにんじん、ピーマン、パプリカなど、大きめの具材があじとやらしくていいですね。
グリーンカレーの味も、ベースがスパイスカレーだからか、あじとやらしさが出ていて美味しいし、満足度が高いです。
