【場所】
識名園の南側ですね。
507号と329号が交わる上間交差点を識名園方面に進んだら左手にお店はあります。
【店舗、店内】
駐車場の台数は少なめですかね。
お店に入りますと、すぐ左手に券売機がありますので、先に食券を購入します。
店内は左手の窓側がカウンター席、中央がテーブル席、右手が厨房になっています。
また、券売機ですが、\500硬貨の反応が悪く、ほとんどのお客さんが反応せずに出てきていましたので、\500は使わないほうが良いと思います。
【料理】
ソーキそば 中 \700とぶつぎり肉丼小\250を買いました。
食券を店員さんにお渡しして、カウンター席に座ります。
提供までの間、メニューを見ていると、冷やしつけ麺なるメニューもあるのですね。
暑い沖縄ですから、冷やしメニューは良いと思います。次回は冷やしを頼んでみます。
程なくして、ソーキそばとぶつぎり肉丼の登場です。
ソーキは大ぶりの本ソーキが２つ乗っています。
出汁は澄んだ色で、あっさりしていますね。
麺は細平打ち麺です。自家製麺ですが、どことなくカップ麺などのインスタントのうどんっぽいですね。麺も美味しいですよ。
ぶつぎり肉丼は、ぶつ切りにされた豚肉がたくさん入っています。
これ、味付けが濃くて、白米に合いますね。
【飲み物】
お水は出てきます。
【サービス】
ホールは女性スタッフの対応でした。
あっさり目のそばですが、ぶつぎり肉丼が濃くてバランスが取れていましたね。
冷やすメニューもありますので、次回は冷やしを食べてみたいですね。
