午後から那覇空港で友人に会う予定があり、さらに、猛烈にあんかけ焼きそばが食べたかったので、那覇空港国内線ターミナルビル4Ｆにある「中国レストラン花林」でランチをしてきました。
ここ、ちょっと気になってたんですが、沖縄からのフライト前に中華を食べたいと思うことが少なく、これまでは来ていませんでした。
ほろ酔いセットや沖縄まるごとラーメン、ラフテーゴロゴロスタミナ炒飯など、ユニークなメニューがあるんですね。
そちらも気になりつつも、僕の欲求は…
五目あんかけ焼きそば（1,300円）
五目あんかけ焼きそば、ど真ん中です。王道というか、正統派というか、五目の名の通り、いろいろな具材が入っていていいですね。
麺は食感のいい細麺で、しっかり餡と絡んでくれます。フクロダケや厚めのキクラゲなど、具材との相性も良いです。
セットの玉子スープも王道という感じです。味付けはマイルドだったので、僕は胡椒を足していただきました。
