今更ながらの‘初’「 牛角 」
横浜から帰ってきた友人と共に‘正月焼肉’です。
お正月２日目のお昼までは皆様もお馴染み！？‘お正月料理’を食べ続け・・・＾＾；
そろそろ・・・満ちたりました笑
お正月でもお店は賑やかですね
早い時間帯に到着はしましたがテーブル席は満席で、カウンターにてのお食事となりました。
さっそく、わたし初の‘牛角’での注文は・・・
・大様ハラミ 味噌ダレ
・ぶっかけラー油deネギカルビ
・ツラミ
・トロホルモン
以上は思い出せました
‘大様’だけに大きい‘大様ハラミ’
食べやすいよーにハサミでカットし、網の上へ

‘ぶっかけラー油deネギカルビ’
牛角特性の食べるラー油添えで。

‘ツラミ’は塩ダレでさっぱりと。
ヨシ
‘トロホルモン’は・・・
トロけました笑
最後の締めには「 牛角アイス 」
バニラ と 抹茶 を1つずつ
アイスの上の 黒蜜＆きな粉 がまたgood
今回の牛角行きの一番の目的はメインの‘焼肉’では無く‘アイス↑’こちらが食べたくて
大満足で帰途です
お正月は体貯金に打って付けですネ
