焼肉屋で”麺料理”のみ注文(^-^; 接客のすばらしい『牛角』 : Gyuukaku

"Ushikaku" is located along National Route 58 in Omoromachi, Naha City. I remember that it was a restaurant that was made shortly after "Gyukaku" entered Okinawa. Due to the influence of the new corona, restaurants in Naha are shortened across the board. I couldn't eat dinner and ended up in vagandering. It was Christmas Eve, there were many young couples, and Corona was very crowded with the wind blowing everywhere. restaurant seems to be quite spacious, but as far as the eye can see, there are counter seats and table seats, and it is not so wide. This store has always been crowded since before Corona, and perhaps that's why the staff are all young, but the response is wonderful. Even the Mr./Ms. of the dinner refugees who came in alone responded without a disgusting face (^-^; The menu is a classic lineup unique to classic 's Yakiniku (Grilled meat) chain. If I write it in detail, it will be long, so please (^_^) guess it somehow Gorigori's Yakiniku (Grilled meat) While I was at the restaurant, I didn't want to eat "Yakiniku (Grilled meat)" on this day, so I ordered "spicy maso noodles" (690 yen excluding tax) and "rice" without ordering "meat". The "noodle dish" of "soup" that looks spicy has arrived. Comes with "curry powder" as an additional seasoning. However, contrary to what it seems, the spiciness is modest, and it does not feel numb, which is equivalent to "hemp". For some reason, the "soup" has a strong acidity and feels the moderate spiciness of "chili peppers", and the thick and short "noodles". I thought it was a little different from what I expected, but the amount of "noodles" was small, so I finished eating it quickly. After that, "rice" is added! It became a so-called "mapo bowl", and I added a little "curry powder" here and there to finish the meal while changing the taste. Well, it's not the main dish. I don't think it's really the intention to evaluate the taste with this. Recently, there are many chain stores that do not have staff training, but this one is decent. It is a chain store that tends to be criticized for something on the Internet, but the fact that there are many customers Mr./Ms. is everything.

100mも離れていない距離に匠山や上海clubなど有名焼き肉店がある中で、
330号線沿いという立地のよさと、チェーン店ながらの安定した味で、いつも客がいっぱいです。

凝った焼き肉店だと「この店のこれが美味い」というのがあるのですが、
残念ながらコレ！というメニューは思い出せません。
ただ思いつきで焼き肉でも食べようか、という時にはなぜかこの店に来ているような。。。

高級肉ではないですが、チェーン店ながらの安定した味付け、
最低限のおいしさを演出する炭火焼き、メニューのバラエティーの豊かさ、
チェーン店ながらのキチッとした店員の対応etc.

これといった特長もないのですが、なぜかこの店を選んでる。
これこそ売れてるチェーン店といった感じです。
