[5 minutes walk from Oonoyama Park Station] "Sakezen Hino" located in the residential area of Kagamihara, Naha City
Sakazen Hino, located in a residential area near Ounoyama Station, offers Okinawan Cuisine as well as Local Cuisine from Oita, the owner's hometown. Our menu may change depending on what we purchase s |
Returning from Tokyo on Saturday evening, I went to Sakezen Hino near Oonoyama Park Station on the Yui Rail. From Oonoyama Park Station, head towards Naha Ohashi Bridge, turn right just before the Family Mart, and you'll find a Japanese-style Restaurants in a detached house in Kagamihara-cho, a residential area. When I entered through the front door, it was very lively and the place was almost full, but I was able to sit at a counter seat. First, I ate sashimi while drinking Orion beer. Halfway through, I tried Gen Junmai Daiginjo from Yagishi Brewery in Oita. It's my favorite sake, which I liked at the Sake Raku Katsunakai, a sake tasting event where you can compare different sakes a long time ago. https://www.princehotels.co.jp/tokyo/plan/shimizu/shuraku/ For food, we ate delicious home-cooked dishes such as Ishigaki beef and gratin. We finished off with Ryukyu Imperial Court cuisine, pork rice (tonfan). In fact, behind us, a lively birthday party for an elementary school girl was being held. In a drunken mood, I told my family that it was my birthday today, and the birthday girl brought me a birthday cake! The proprietress of Hino also gave me a lot of service and taught me a lot. It was a great birthday!
