沖縄出張は予定を全て終えて、那覇空港に戻って来ました。
フライト前に腹ごしらえします。お邪魔したのは、空港内レストランフロアにある「琉球回転寿司 海來」さん。席数は相応にあり、私は廻転寿司レーンの前のカウンターに座りました。
回転寿司ではありますが、寿司は回っておらず、タッチパネルで注文する方式。せっかくなので、沖縄らしいネタを中心に、以下をオーダーしました。

「本まぐろ」以外は全て沖縄県産で揃えてみました。「ミーバイ」や「イラブチャー」などは、名前こそ知っているものの、味には馴染みが無いものばかり。一堂に揃って食べられるのはいいですね。県産魚のメニューには、目印に海ぶどうが添えられていました。
寿司としての完成度は極めて普通ですが、空港内のお店はその県の産物を初めて味わってもらうという目的もあると思えば、その務めはちゃんと果たしているとも言えます。私も、次は那覇市内でちゃんと県産魚を食べようと思いながら、お店を後にしました。
お勘定は4,800円程度です。
