2018年03月16日鉄板焼レストラン龍潭先日、県外から学会に参加するために来沖したお友達ファミリーと合流し、久々の再開を祝しました
そして夕食に、宿泊先のザ・ナハテラス２階にある「龍譚」で鉄板焼をごちそうになりました
鉄板焼と聞いて、お好み焼き屋さんしか思い浮かばない庶民の私ですが、こちらのお店は鉄板一台につきシェフが一人ついて、こちらの会話や食事のスピードを見ながら一品ずつコース料理を提供してくれます
前菜からデザートまでのフルコースを堪能できるのですが、メインは石垣島美崎牛のサーロインステーキ
そして伊勢海老と活鮑！
食材の美味しさはもちろん、シェフが食材、調理方法の説明をしながら、好みの焼き加減に慣れた手つきで焼き上げてくれるので、満足度はさらにアップしますね～
あとでHPでお値段をみてのけぞりましたが、それだけの価値のある味わいと雰囲気を堪能できたと思います
また…誰か連れて行って～（笑）
