今日は、現在勤めている会社と、
以前勤めていた会社の、両方の友達と
ホテルランチしてきました。
世の中狭いっつーか、
今年に入って知り合った人と、
実は、以前同じ会社の別の部門に勤めていたことがわかり、
共通の知り合い、友達がいっぱいいる、ってことが
判明したのです。
こうやって人の輪が広がるのは、楽しいね。
というわけで、初対面の方も含め、5人で
ホテルランチ女子会してきました。
行ってきたのは、久々の、こちら。
ホテル日航那覇グランドキャッスル 中国料理「舜天」
お店の写真を、撮り忘れちゃったのですが・・・。
頼んだのは全員、「舜天ランチセット」1980円。
セットメニューには、デザートバイキングがついてますよ。
メニュー内容は週替わりで、今週はこんな感じでした。
・茹で野菜サラダ
・本日のスープ
・ジャガイモと塩漬け豚肉の蒸し物
・海老のチリソース炒め
・中国ソーセージと野菜入りカレー炒飯
まず、「茹で野菜サラダ」が来ましたよ。
お肉やゴーヤーのピクルスの下に、
たっぷり、蒸しキャベツが敷かれてました。
このところ、野菜不足だったので、うれしい。
「本日のスープ」は、モズク入りの中華スープでした。
優しい味で、おかわりしちゃいましたよ。
メインが続けて、2つきました。
「ジャガイモと塩漬け豚肉の蒸し物」
お肉のうまみがよく出てます。
お酒飲みたくなる味ですｗ
ソースに春雨かな？が入っていて、
味がよく染みてました。
もっと食べたかった～～！
エビチリですよ。
これは、うん、見たままの味ｗ
普通の日本のお店と違って、
ケチャップ味じゃなかったのは○でした。
・・・が、付け合わせの野菜が、あんまりおいしくなかった・・・・。
中国ソーセージと野菜入りカレー炒飯です。
中華なのにカレー風味？でしたが、
それほどカレー味はしませんでした。
辛くもなかった。
ただ、おかずなしにごはんを食べるのが苦手なワタシ。
炭水化物を抑えたい気持ちもあって、
半分も食べられなかったです。ごめんなさい・・・。
デザートは、バイキング。
ココナツミルクの中にタピオカと杏仁豆腐を入れてみました。
トッピングはこのほか、白玉だんごやフルーツもあって、
いろいろ楽しめましたよ。
包子の中は、ごまあんでした。
あとはグレープフルーツゼリー、お芋のおもち。
お芋のおもちがおいしくて、おかわりしてしまった・・・。
テーブルにセットされていたお茶はジャスミンティーでした。
烏龍茶がよかったな～と思ったけど、
沖縄では「さんぴん茶」として一般的に飲まれている
ジャスミンティーだから、まあ、無難なのかな。
お料理はどれもおいしかったです。
敢えて言ったら、出てくる順番かな。
ワタシみたいにごはんとおかずを一緒に食べたい派には、
炒飯が最後に単品で出てくるのは、食べづらい気がしました。
それにしても、毎月台湾で餃子だの小籠包だの食べてるのに、
日本でも中華食べてるよワタシｗｗｗｗ
どんだけ中華好きなのかと。
