ちゅらとくでヒルトンバイダブルツリー那覇首里城の中国料理舜天を予約。舜天ランチセット(2860円)にドリンクが一杯ついて2500円というお得なプランです。
温かいジャスミンティーはポットで提供されます。
選べるドリンクはリンゴ酢ピンクグレープフルーツソーダにしました。
前菜は、海老、スモークサーモン、叉焼、ゴーヤなどのピクルス、中華クラゲなど。ちょっとずつ色々食べられていいです。
本日のスープは、クコの実と木耳の玉子スープ。クコの実が飾りだけじゃなくて甘味があって美味しい。
週替わりの蒸し物は鶏肉ときのこのオイスターソース蒸し。椎茸が味が濃くて美味しかった。
週替わりの炒め物は、マクブの香港漁師風炒め。マクブの身がふわふわで、何かわからないのですがこの茶色のポロポロしたのがいいお味。スナップエンドウは甘みが引き出されていて美味しかった。
週替わりの麺は葱香るしらすの塩焼きそば。味が濃すぎず、しらすがちょうどいい塩気です。
デザートはタピオカココナッツミルク、ベリーケーキにフルーツ。
充実のランチセット、美味しかったし満足です。ご馳走さまでした❗️

Make a reservation for Chinese restaurant Shunten at Double Tree by Hilton Naha Shuri Castle on Churatoku. For my first time, I chose the chef's special lunch course (3800 yen, but 3000 yen at Churatoku). Duck Meat Bar vinegar sauce. It's arranged like French cuisine appetizer. Cream soup of white corn and soy milk. Stir-fried giant shrimp with sea urchin cream and paprika shumai. The bowl that holds this giant shrimp is made of bamboo charcoal, and you can eat it whole. Stir-fried bamboo leaf short ribs with XO sauce wrapped in lettuce. Judging from the name of the dish, I thought it would be eaten wrapped in lettuce, right? The lettuce makes the ribs refreshing and delicious. Good combination. Lotus leaf steamed rice with Agu pork stew. When you open a lotus leaf, you can feel the fragrance. Chewy and delicious. The 4-piece dessert set included sata andagi, zenzai, fruit, and Chocolate cake. It looked interesting so far, so it would have been better if the dessert had been a little more colorful.
