Book a lunch course specially selected by Chef Higa at Shunten. You will be shown to a round table in front of a private room. Tea will be poured and you will wait for your food. The course begins with seasonal Seafood hors d'oeuvres. An elegant taste that does not resemble Chinese cuisine. Spring cabbage and new onions. The stew soup is super delicious. The red sea bream from Amami is steamed over high heat. The pork Pork Cutlet made from Yanbaru pork are not fried. The main dishes are both Chinese and have a taste that goes beyond Chinese. The final dish is the spring leaf burdock fried rice. It has an elegant, light flavor and is best eaten with SPAM. Lastly, we enjoyed the dessert.It was delicious.We recommend Chef Higa's special lunch course.
