日曜15:15頃に1名で訪問、食事の時間からズレてるからか店内お客さんは3組だけでした。

好みなんだろうけど、並んで食べたいって感じではないかな。スープやソーキは病院食のような塩味をおさえた薄味系。紅しょうがを入れたらしょうがの味が勝っちゃって、鰹出汁の風味がより薄まるので量にはご注意を。
