今日は、ソーキそばが食べたくて、沖縄に来ました。美味しそうなお店を発見し、レンタカーにて訪問、駐車場は店の前にありました。15時過ぎで流石に待ちなしも、お客さんは結構いました。券売機で食券購入、ソーキそば中、沖縄そば中を注文、ソーキは3つ、そばのバラ肉は2つでした。麺は中細麺と平麺から選べるスタイル、私は平麺派。やっぱりスープが美味い、出汁が効いてる透き通ったスープに紅生姜、ソースがアクセントになり、味変もなかなか美味い。値段も800円と650円、安くて美味しいお店でした。
