この季節になると
イチゴのケーキが食べたくなりますー
今回はちょっと足を伸ばしてこちらへ。
カフェがあるのかと思って行ったのだけど、
あららないみたい。
てことで「いちごのタルト」をば。税込399円。
むーん、ホワイトチョコが刺さったこちら、
イチゴが丸ごと４つ。なんと４つ！
嘘みたいだろ。これ、切られてないんだぜ。
これだけでもうありがとうー！ってなった。
もうなんというか
イチゴを前面に出してくれちゃってて
生クリームとカスタードで
イチゴを繋いでいる雰囲気です。
そして下のタルト生地がねー、
これだけでも美味しい。程よい甘さとバター。
真ん中はしっとり
周囲は硬めのさっくり。
夢のようなひと時〜
