お食事処「ふくや」（那覇市古島2-1-7、午前11時～、日曜定休、駐車場完備）に行ってきました。
日替わりの「イナムルチ定食」700円。豚肉がたっぷりに椎茸、コンニャク、カマボコがどっさり。特筆すべきは、テビチの食感ー。プルプルを超えて、「トロトロ」！お口の中で幸せが広がるー。白みそで仕上げたスープが濃厚だった。
日替わりといわず、ぜひレギュラーメニューにしてほしい、との感想！
あと、ジューシー（沖縄風炊き込みご飯）か白いご飯かが選べました。写真のようにジューシーを迷わず選択。これも、味がしみ込んで美味い！ネギたっぷりなのでうれしかった！
ちなみに「イナムルチ」とは、白味噌ベースの汁物で沖縄の伝統料理のひとつ。「イナムドゥチ」と表記することも。沖縄の著名な料理研究家から聞いた話では、昔はお肉にイノシシを使っていたそうです。その後、豚肉で代用した際に「イノシシ（のお肉）もどき」と言われて、その後なまって「イナムドゥチ」となったようです。
